A GOLD CREEK POND ENGAGEMENT SESSION
Brian and Jenny reached out on Instagram and blindly hired us to do their engagement session. When he asked more information about our shoot, I described it as an “adventure shoot” and he was a little nervous. He didn’t fully know what he was getting into. They showed up at Gold Creek Pond trail, which was covered in snow and we trekked to the pond. They ran around the pond, tickling, laughing, and wrestling in the snow. At one point he looked up at me and said “oh that’s what you mean by adventure shoot!”
When we talked about locations, a million ran through my head for their Washington engagement session. They wanted an engagement session with a total winter in Washington feel. It reminded me how lucky we are to live in such a gorgeous state, with an overwhelming amount of stunning landscapes. A Gold Creek Pond engagement session was just one of so many choices that we just had to point and pick! And we couldn’t have been more happy with our choice.
In all seriousness though, these two were so in love I could hardly stand it. They were nervous when they showed up to their Gold Creek Pond engagement session that they would be awkward or stiff. However, when they loosened up and felt more natural, it was like I wasn’t even there. The whole world stops around their love.
